How It Works

Step 1: Application & Assessment

Step 2: Housing Placement

Step 3: Skills & Training

Job-specific training, certification support, digital literacy, financial literacy

Step 4: Employment Placement

Direct placement with employer partners, resume support, interview coaching

Step 5: 90-Day Follow-Up

Ongoing case management, employer check-ins, housing stability monitoring

Step 6: Independence Transition

Support to permanent housing, continued employment, exit from program
